Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Warehouses and Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our warehouses in California. Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary based on distance from California and the carrier service selected at checkout.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take the longer than 3 business day window.
Carrier Methods and Transit Times
We ship using UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Transit times begin after the order has shipped.
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 5 to 7 business days in transit. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier operations, and service availability.
Shipping to Non Mainland US Territories
Orders shipped to locations outside the mainland United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories, may experience longer transit times.
Delivery timelines for these regions vary by carrier and service level and may take significantly longer than standard mainland shipping estimates. Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout for these regions are approximate and not guaranteed.
Due to extended transit distances and carrier routing, we are unable to expedite shipping or guarantee delivery dates for non mainland US territories.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Because all orders ship from California, shipping costs may be higher for destinations farther from California, including non mainland US territories.
Tracking and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping label is created or after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, including apartment number, unit number, and any access details required for delivery. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, peak season volume, incorrect address information, access issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking appears delayed or inactive, we recommend allowing additional time for carrier updates. If your order shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Sustainable Packaging
All products are shipped using sustainable packaging, selected to reduce environmental impact while ensuring your order arrives safely.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, or if it appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
For packages lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, we will work directly with the carrier to initiate an investigation or claim. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier and may take several business days.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss due to theft, incorrect address information, or delivery location issues. In these cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the carrier directly.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the carrier investigation is completed and the package is officially confirmed as lost. Once the carrier establishes that the package is lost, we will proceed with either a full refund or a replacement shipment, based on your preference.
We will always do our best to support you through the process and provide guidance while the carrier investigation is underway.
