• We respond in under 24 hours, 7 days a week, for sizing help and any order related questions
• If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly
• Any discount codes may not apply to Final Sale items
• Orders placed on Final Sale items cannot be canceled or modified once they have been fulfilled. If you notice a mistake after placing your order and it has not shipped yet, please email us right away. We are happy to help and will do our best to make the requested changes before it leaves our warehouse
